Incoterms refers to the international standard rules compiled by the chamber of commerce which defines the manner of distribution and sharing of the costs and contractual obligations and risks of transactions between sellers and buyers. 
1)    Delivery of cargo at the workplace (mentioning the name of the place of delivery)-EXW 
2)    Delivery of cargo to the carrier at a determined place (mentioning the name of the place of delivery) -FCA 
3)    Payment of freight charge to the destination (mentioning the name of the place at destination)- CPT 
4)    Payment of freight and insurance charge of the cargo to the destination (mentioning the name of the place at destination) - CIP 
5)    Delivery of cargo to a determined terminal at the destination (mentioning the name of terminal, port or particular place at the destination) – DAT 
6)    Delivery of cargo to a particular place at the destination (mentioning the name of the place at the destination) – DAP 
7)    Delivery of cargo to a particular place at the destination together with clearance and payment of custom fees and duties (mentioning the name of the place at the destination) – DDP 
8)    Delivery of cargo beside the ship (mentioning the name of a particular port for loading) – FAS 
9)    Delivery of cargo on board the ship (mentioning the name of the port for loading)- FOB 
10)     Price of cargo and freight charge  to the port of destination (mentioning the name of the destination port) CFR 
11)     Price of cargo, insurance and freight charge to the port of destination (mentioning the name of the destination port) CIF
